Updated packages version;
Removed Ghost.SparseEntities;
Added new EntityQuery.EntityComponentIterator;
Added new thread local command buffer in World;
Changed commands in EntityCommandBuffer from UnsafeList<Command> to UnsafeList<byte> for better performance;
Changed the name of IJobEntityParallel to IJobEntity;
